Vendors at the Beehive Festival
Be a part of the marketplace at the Beehive Festival — participation is free. Set up begins Monday morning; tear down must be completed by 10:00 PM on Tuesday. Vendors will not be assigned spaces (plan on about a 10x10 area) but there will be designated vendor zones and walkways running throughout those areas.
Please arrive prepared to share the space respectfully. We expect all vendors to act with kindness and generosity toward one another. Work together to resolve issues amicably.
Remember that all vendors are guests of the Beehive Festival and are only there with the permission of festival organizers. Festival organizers reserve the right to move or remove vendors as needed to ensure the safety and success of the event.
All elements needed to run purchases are the responsibility of the vendor. No wifi, electricity, change or other elements will be provided.
All supplies for set up and tear down are the responsibility of each vendor. Please pack up and secure all items for overnight security. We will have people onsite through the night but no security is guaranteed. Large items like tents, tables, etc, can be left over night. All other items should be packed for the night. Valuable items should be removed and returned in the morning.
Participation in the Program
Setting up as a vendor at this Festival is free.
If you have a timed event or offering (yoga at 11am, sound bath at 2pm, tarot readings beginning at 5:30pm) and you want it listed in the formal program, there is fee taken when submitting your event.
To be clear: if you offer a yoga class and want to advertise it yourself (social media, A-frame, etc), there is no fee. The fee only applies if you want to be in the formal program.
Their attention to detail and commitment to quality truly stood out. We’ve already recommended them to others.
